President Ghani participates and gives speech at 17th SCO Conference

President Ashraf Ghani participated in 17th Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Heads of State Conference held on 8-9 June 2017 in Astana, Kazakhstan. During an address to the conference, President Ghani congratulated India and Pakistan for obtaining membership of SCO. President Ghani said that regional terrorism and international terrorist organizations are the fundamental obstacles to the wishes and inspirations of the people of region and Afghanistan. President Ghani added ” I am here to declare increase in cooperation in fight against terrorism”.
