Absentee Tazkiras

Based on the instructions of the Central Civil Registration Authority of Afghanistan, all Absentee Tazkira (National ID) applicants living abroad should only apply for their Tazkiras through Embassies and Consulate Generals of the I.R. of Afghanistan. It is hereby noted that all those Afghans living in Norway, Denmark & Iceland who apply for Tazkiras should refer to Embassy of the I.R. of Afghanistan in Oslo.
